Your Role

Assist the Head of Internal Audit in assessing key business risks and controls and developing riskbased audit plans
Perform riskbased internal audit engagements in line with the yearly audit plan from endtoend including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
Evaluate processes and controls, provide pragmatic recommendations to strengthen internal controls and to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
Followup of audits and recommendations
Ensure that audit work is performed in accordance with the standards set by the DIIR/IIA and in line with internal rules and regulations
Conduct special investigations as required by executive management
Participate actively in shaping the audit methodology, processes, and work programs for existing and new audit areas

About You

Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration
At least 4 years of audit experience in an international environment, professional certifications, e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA would be a plus
Good knowledge of SAP and experienced use of MS-Office
Experience in effective communication (across all mediums) with the ability to adapt style to engage with all levels within the organization
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Willingness to travel worldwide (~50%)
High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial
