What we are looking for:

Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and company culture
Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs, university recruiting events, and social media campaigns, to increase the company's visibility and attract top talent
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials, such as job postings, videos, and social media content, that showcase the company's culture and values
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition and employer branding

Basic Qualifications:

- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Relevant experience in fullcycle recruitment in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment, preferably in the technology industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent through creative sourcing techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory, any other languages are a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent (e.g. university marketing, social media campaigns, targeted advertising)
Familiarity with current trends and best practices in employer branding
Proactive attitude and ability to take initiatives and find creative solutions
Familiarity with HR technology and software, including applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
