For the GEODIS EUROPE Region headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a:
Tasks

  • Support the Europe Strategic Development team on PMO / back office
  • Participate to the Strategic Plan
  • Preparation of the process
  • Support to the countries if needed
  • Consolidation up to the outputs and presentation preparation
  • Process steering with preparing minutes of meeting and following the actions plans
  • Support projects reviews and steering committees as part of the Strategic Development function and projects such as ongoing real estate development or other projects

Requirements:


  • Student in MBA degree in Business school or Engineering school with project management as major
  • German and English totally fluent mandatory, French is a plus
  • Project management knowledge
  • Office usage (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
