Responsibilities:


In your role as Analytics Business Partner (M/F/d), you will be the first point of contact for reporting and analytics projects.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Partner with diverse decisionmakers (global, reginal headquarters, and local organizations) to translate demand into sustainable solutions, thereby act as an interface between business and technical functions
  • Align with management on the vision and scope of the analytics landscape and informally lead agile teams throughout the delivery process
  • Effectively translate business problems into datadriven questions that can be answered through analytics
  • Analyze and interpret data, identifying viable options, and provide insights that can inform business decisions
  • Communicate technical results to nontechnical stakeholders, using clear and concise language that can be easily understood
  • Present findings in a compelling way through data storytelling
  • Build and demonstrate empathy for our internal customers, understand their needs and use data insights to drive improvements to our products and services
  • Work closely with other members of the analytics team to ensure accurate data collection and interpretation
  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Act as the product owner for key analytics projects and, after implementation, lead the communication, change management, training, and adaption journeys
Your qualification

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or comparable qualification (a focus on mathematics or statistics is an advantage)
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, marketing analyst, CRM manager, finance manager, or in a comparable position in the field of analytics, business intelligence, and statistics
  • Good understanding of complex and technical issues as well as knowledge of analyzing and processing large amounts of data
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Ideally knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Azure DevOps
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to translate between different stakeholders and the tech data team
  • A combination of excellent business judgement with strong interpersonal skills, as well as a handson, proactive mentality and a drive for results
  • Passion for building excellent data products to support the global and digitalization transformation of Olympus
