Tasks


As Executive Assistant in our Munich office, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless collaboration with founders and partners.

Your mission is to foster a proactive environment, empowering our executive team to focus on our core investment activities.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Founder Engagement: Lead and refine the outreach strategy for engaging with potential founders, ensuring meaningful connections.
  • Investor Engagement: Coordinate meetings and communications with investors, organise inperson events and help with the investors ́ newsletter.
  • Appointment Coordination: Strategically manage and schedule crucial meetings, balancing the executive team's workload.
  • Travel Logistics: Arrange comprehensive travel plans, ensuring smooth journeys and comfortable accommodations.

Expenses Filing:
Ensure vital documents are systematically stored, and oversee the tracking and submission of expenses.

  • Signatures and Notarization: Maintain a complete overview and track all signing and notarization processes.
  • System Management: Clean up and independently monitor the entire physical and digital filing system as well as be responsible for the filing and correct naming of legal documents.

Requirements:

Background

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, preferably supporting C-Level executives or VP roles in fastgrowing startups or established corporations
  • Prior experience in dynamic settings such as leading technology firms, investment banking, consulting or venture capital firms would be a plus
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and projects seamlessly sets you apart
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
