Job Description Summary:

The ComOps organization is responsible for driving operational excellence across the BL-region, by (i) steering the ITO teams and (ii) a strong Risk Review processes, and by (iii) engaging in complex negotiations, to grow capabilities & efficiency of bid and customer facing teams to enhance competitiveness in all markets.

The role supports the team in various as-pect with focus on project management and risk mitigation in Europe.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Support in interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely completion of project phases
  • Support of project execution, especially coordination of interfaces and integration of different functional areas and subcontractor
  • Desktop research and development of an AI roadmap
  • Analysis of customers regarding risk profile and mitigation action

Qualifications / Requirements / Desired Characteristics**- Good academic performance

  • Confident demeanor as well as professional manners
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • High level of commitment
  • Excellent MS Office (especially Excel) skills
