Mission/Vision of the company:

This company offers a platform for the management of research data in scientific laboratories.

Their software helps to plan and document experiments and to connect data from all sources in laboratories (people, teams, processes, devices, material and databases) on a singular platform.

Internship:

Digitization in laboratories is increasing rapidly, and so is the team of this company. Right now, they are looking for a motivated Recruitment intern to support further growth of the team. You'll enjoy great responsibilities in supporting recruitment processes, and inspire a great working environment

Profile Student:

You like to work in a professional and dynamic team that is ambitious and fast-growing. You have knowledge of people and are currently studying in one of the below mentioned field of studies.

Field of study:

Recruitment | Human Resources | Psychology | Social Sciences | Business

Daily tasks:

Work closely with Hiring Managers to identify the right profiles
Identify new recruitment opportunities and suggest initiatives for employer branding
Establish partnerships with universities and other agencies
Organize fun team events

You are/have:

A university student, working towards a degree in one of the above mentioned study fields
You have strong planning and administrative skills
You communicate fluently in English. German knowledge is a plus
You bring along a positive attitude and great motivation to learn
You're fun to work with
