Your Role:

***- Devising and leading challenging bioinformatic projects

  • Cosupervising a team of student and postdoctoral level researchers in select projects
  • Analyzing and interpreting experimental data
  • Taking part in regular group meetings and international conferences
  • Staying up to date with the literature and the latest developments relevant to the projects

You have:

***- Strong knowledge of bioinformatics and computational biology is absolutely imperative

  • Prior experience with next
- and third-generation sequencing data, spatial transcriptomics and/or single-cell data is desirable

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organization skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in the deconvolution of bulk and spatial data is a benefit
