This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Freiburg.

Role Overview:


The role of the Supply Chain Co-ordinator is to perform activities within the company's supply and demand value stream, to enable the business to realise its commitments to both customers and suppliers.

It involves supplier management, procurement and buying of goods and services, goods inwards receipt, through production planning and inventory management, to finished goods shipping to customers, both national and international.


Role Requirements
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Goods-In receipt and incoming inspection of raw materials and consumables.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts for products / materials based on ABC classification.
  • Resolve any issues with supplier deliveries, including replacement / refund for damaged goods and incorrect goods delivered.
  • Respond to requests for materials and samples for use in Production.
  • Highlight any issues that could delay customer shipments within the Daily Shipping meeting.
  • Raise and process Purchase Orders for raw materials, consumables and capex requests.
  • Incoming goods posting in SAGE X3 including invoice control.
  • Procurement and processing of orders for distribution goods
  • Routinely monitor critical and overdue POs and provide feedback to production / supply chain when necessary.
