In the Faculty IV:
School of Science and Technology, Department for Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, we are looking for a researcher as of the at the following conditions:

50% = 19,92 hours
Pay grade 13 TV-L

The job posting is part of a European research project with the topic "Dynamic Orchestration and Configuration of Integrated Automotive Systems with Cloud-based and Embedded Resources for Innovative Mobility Services with Real-Time Capability and Fault Tolerance (DOKARIM)".

Your tasks:

Development of the configuration manager in the cloud
Realization of the protocols and interactions between the cloud and the embedded systems.
Mapping of reconfiguration to cloud APIs and Time Sensitive Networkikng (TSN).
Demonstration and validation of the algorithms in demonstrators
Contribution to project reports

Your profile:

Basic knowledge in the area of embedded systems
Knowledge in the area of distributed systems
Skills in the area of software development
Programming skills in C,C++
Knowledge of cloud computing is desired
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good knowledge of English
