You will be part of an international team that takes care of everything from events to PR to internal communication to branding to social media.

You'll gain insights into many fields of marketing and communication and will be working closely with our international team and external agencies.

You can actively contribute your ideas and shape the way things are done.


Responsibilities:


  • You will coordinate projects with external agencies for branding and events
  • You will be able to support for virtual and physical brand projects and events
  • You will be able to support international and national projects
  • You will have the opportunity to work on your own projects and take responsibility early on
  • You may also support the team to improve tools and processes
  • You will be able to collaborate with internal teams (Creative, MarCom, PR, Social Media, Web, Procurement, Finance, and Legal)
  • You will be able to create presentations and reports
  • You will be able to support in research, obtaining vendor offers and logistics of events including shipments

Profile:


  • Enrolled Bachelor or Master Student with a background in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration with a Marketing focus or a similar field
  • Your English is fluent, written and verbally
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly structured, organized and able to manage a variety of tasks from multiple stakeholders
  • High degree of independence, diligence and ability to work in a team

Personal requirements:


  • You are a selfstarter who dives into projects and drives them to results
  • Independent, entrepreneurial working style
  • Very good communication skills
  • You enjoy working in a multicultural environment
  • You have a basic affinity for technology related topics

What we offer:


  • Salary of €17.00 per hour
