We at GC/NA2 / Speciality Reinsurance handle treaties and single risks in various lines of business: Agriculture, Aviation, Contingency, Marine.

To support the highest underwriting quality and provide extra value to extra clients, we have established the dedicated department called "Solutions", which you would join.

The underwriters have many tools and methods at their disposal for assessing the exposure and pricing their treaties. The actuaries in the Solutions department support underwriters by developing new actuarial methods and improving tools.

Your Job

Participate in several data analytic projects with a significant impact (e.g., indexation methodology, market model developments).
Optimize, improve, and maintain existing analytical tools and Power BI Dashboards.
Optimize, improve, and maintain existing analytical tools and Power BI Dashboards.
Maintain and improve existing actuarial methods as well as develop new ones.

Your Profile

Student in their Master studies with a quantitative or programming focus (IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science)
Strong programming and analytical skills (e.g. PowerBI, R, Python, OOP, RDBMS)
Capability to work on abstract concepts
Flexible and curious mindset
Excellent communication and organization skills
