About the job

YOUR MISSION
As part of Research and Innovation team, you will support the different functions:

  • Organize tasting and set Sensory Analysis Reports
  • Manage the samples shipments and collection: buy, ship, store
  • Lead a project on gathering competitors products nutritional & ingredient data
  • Make competitors analysis (nutritional, sensory, claims)
  • Support for workshop preparation on innovation & in building the brief for innovation/ renovation projects
Start is in March 2023 for 6 months in Nürnberg, Frankfurt am Main or Haar near München.

About you

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Advanced studies in trophology / ecotrophology, food science, food technology, nutrition, chemistry or a comparable course of study
  • First practical experience is desirable
  • Teamwork, openmindedness and enjoyment of independent work
  • Ability to manager complexity, priorisation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and enjoy working with databases
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
