Your Responsibilities:

  • Main contact for Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) in EMEA in the HQ in Ditzingen
  • Representative for all GKAM interests in the HQ (no employee responsibility)
  • Development of the strategies for the dedicated account(s) together with the GKAM, incl potential evaluation and elaboration of a plan to sustainably expand business
  • Coordination of subsidiary activities at the accounts and implementation of these in the strategy
  • Launch and coordination of customer development projects
  • Responsibility together for realization of strategy, plan and updating of the monthly reporting
  • Expanding of the worldwide internal network and the network at the account together with the GKAM (domestic and abroad customer visits are necessary)
  • Supporting the sales organization with order processing topics
  • Additionally new accounts have to be evaluated (incl. sales potential). For target accounts you are responsible as project leader for the creation of a first (growth) strategy and its implementation.

What we expect:

  • Finished studies, preferably in a technical or economictechnical field
  • Experience in project lead of technical and/or sales projects
  • Interest and willingness to concentrate on a few customers
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
  • Very high degree of customer orientation
  • Developed networking and negotiation skills
  • English and German in writing and orally on contractual level
  • Willingness to travel
