Join us as a Corporate Coverage Vice President
- We'll need you to support the development of our bank's international coverage businesses, including subsidiaries and sponsorowned corporate customers in Western Europe
- Daytoday, you'll understand the profile of the customer base, using your expert knowledge to identify key opportunities and deliver marketing initiatives, pitching and transactions

What you'll do:
Your daily duties will entail you developing and managing the strategies used to maintain good client experiences and deliver excellent client services.
Acting as a key local and EEA-based face to market, you'll support NatWest's European growth ambitions with relevant customers, including sponsors, corporates and European subsidiaries of our UK and international clients.
Your top priorities will include:
- Contributing to the development, management and ongoing monitoring of client portfolios by providing your effective business management skills
- Seeking out opportunities to develop new corporate and sponsored customer business across all NWB Europe products, acting as the conduit between customers and UK businesses
- Building our business and developing our capabilities to establish effective relationships with key stakeholders to provide a constant flow of new business opportunities
- Growing share of wallet from existing and new customer introductions
The skills you'll need:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a good credit, commercial and financial awareness of the banking environment, knowledge of relevant technology and the ability to analyse and use MI data.
Additionally, you'll need knowledge of our organisation's sales, services, people and risk processes, including available sales technology and toolkits.
Furthermore, you'll need:
- A solid understanding of corporate banking and corporate finance
- Experience of using internal and regulatory operational, credit and key control systems and procedures
- The ability to constantly adapt to changing business needs and to use your initiative to find the appropriate solutions to business challenges
- Knowledge of the requirements of how to manage sellers working in a regulated environment
