Comgy is an ambitious Berlin-based start-up in the field of energy / proptech and we are currently looking for an equally ambitious (not necessarily) Berlin-based Junior Solutions Architect (f/m/d)

YOUR ROLE

This role will involve working closely with our technical and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients, ensuring our software meets their unique needs.

You collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during presales discussions and throughout the implementation process.
You conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions for customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS platform.
You guide customers through the implementation process, including API integration, configuration, and customization of our platform to meet their unique requirements.
You maintain indepth knowledge of our product offerings, API capabilities, and lowcode development techniques to provide tailored solutions to customers.
You proactively identify and address technical issues that may arise during the implementation process, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
You provide postimplementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing platform optimization for customers.
You assist in the development of technical documentation, user guides, and other resources to support customers in using our platform effectively.
You stay uptodate on industry trends and emerging technologies in the PropTech and energy efficiency space, leveraging this knowledge to recommend product improvements and enhancements.
You collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and ensure continuous improvement of our platform and services.

OUR PERFECT MATCH

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You have 12 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a SaaS company or in the PropTech or energy efficiency sector.
You have a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
You have a strong knowledge of API technologies and integration methodologies.
You be familiar with lowcode development platforms and techniques.
You have excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
You be eager to learn and adapt in a fastpaced industry.
Experience with energy efficiency technologies or concepts would be a plus.
