We are looking for a Project Coordinator (M/F/d) to support us with the day-to-day management of our creative projects.

If you're interested in creating a positive impact on people's well-being and health and love the creative process of developing print and digital materials, we'd love to work with you.

Tasks

Coordinating daytoday project activities, such as translations, printing and shipping of clinical trials materials
Quality check and monthly updates of study websites
Administrative support of the project team
Supporting the Creative project team in maintaining and monitoring project plans, reports, schedules and expenditures
Organizing, preparing and documenting meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Close collaboration with the project team and all stakeholders
Other project tasks such as the performance of quality checks, as required

Requirements:

First experience in project coordination, project management or in another administrative support role
Experience with project management tools as MS Project, Asana, Monday or likewise is a plus
Agile, proactive, solutionoriented, and selfdriven personality with strong organizational and communication skills
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, knowledge of German is a plus
