As a Deputy CFO (M/F/d) you are responsible for our European Network. We employ nearly 8.000 people europeanwide. Our European Top Management is located in Villingen-Schwenningen. Therefore, we prefer to hire in Villingen-Schwenningen.

Your responsibilities will be:

Providing strategic support and guidance on key business decisions, including analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to optimize performance
Strong drive to process improvement to ensure processes are fit for purpose and can support the growth of the group in Europe
Preparation of monthly reports for Europe operation ( none consolidated) to IFRS
Coordination and review of annual financial statements
Review of the European Companies finance budget (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement, Cash Flow.)
Support, guidance and coordination of the individual accounting and finance departments in Europe operation related
Direct report to the European CFO

Required skills and experience:

Several years of experience in financial accounting / controlling, in a leading position in an international environment
Experience in IFRS accounting standards and tax law
Extensive knowledge of consolidation and controlling
Confident handling of SAP as well as MS-Office.
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Structured and independent work approach
High attitude towards quality and accurateness
High level of selforganization and analytical working methods
Reliability and flexibility
Ability to work in an international environment
Willingness to travel
English proficiency is mandatory
Skills in German or any other European language will be advantage
