Prozessingenieur Funkenerosion (m/w/d):


Your working environment:
At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems.

As part of our precision manufacturing you will support the production of optical components, assemblies as well as systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part and prototype production.

Your tasks:


  • Process responsibility for the machining of ceramic materials by means of laser procedure, including their technological support
  • Managing and supervising process modifications and optimizations as well as appropriate monitoring measures
  • Continual Improvement Process (CIP) and introduction of Statistical Process Controls (SPC)
  • Manage optimization projects to reduce manufacturing costs in series production processes (includes reducing reworking and scrap costs)
  • Supervision and technological support of takeover projects from the process and product development departments
  • Prepare specifications, procure and commission manufacturing equipment (including addon and spare parts)
  • Preparation of work instructions and instruction templates, including training of manufacturing staff (AAW and recipes)
  • Design, improvement and accompanying introduction of new designs within manufacturing (e

g:
tooling, peripherals)


Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed engineering degree (master/German Diploma)
  • Experience in dealing with inprocess measuring and inspection methods
  • Experience in the implementation of Six Sigma methods (e.g. SPC)
  • Good command of German and English

Your skills:


  • Independent, structured way of working, organizational skills and determination
  • High degree of personal responsibility, diligence, resilience and flexibility
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
