Your Tasks:

Multi project management of Innovation Management (IIM) projects and Supply Chain Transfer projects
Leading crossfunctional Supply Chain Teams
Member of IIM Project Core Teams
Defining and steering necessary work packages to achieve the project target in crossfunctional teams
Securing change, quality

- and risk management within the projects

Interface between various Supply Chain functions and the IIM process
Central point of contact in Supply Chain for project related crossfunctional topics

Your Profile:

Technical or Economics University Degree
Several years of relevant business experience in at least one Supply Chain area
Capability and experience in leading teams and in crossfunctional (international) teams
High level communication (esp. crosshierarchy and crossfunctional communication) and motivational capability
Sound Project Management Experience
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Selfmotivated and diplomatic skills
Fluent in English, second language advantageous

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
