    We are looking for a full-time, permanent BI Engineer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.

    Our growth continues and with it the amount of data and opportunities to use it. That's why we're looking for you to expand our data team.

    Together with your international colleagues, you will not only take care of daily business such as queries, data modeling or the creation of reports and thus help to further drive growth and, above all, make it visible. You will also be involved in the introduction of our new BI system right from the start and can leave your mark and contribute your ideas. The project is just starting in the first departments but will extend to the whole company. So, you'll have plenty of opportunities to contribute your ideas and try out new things.

    In addition to the different departments and their different systems, it is also about finding solutions for their respective requirements and mapping these in the new BI system. Due to the wide range of tasks and the high degree of personal responsibility and independence with which you can work here, you will certainly not get bored.

    Your personality, paired with:

  • Very good SQL skills as an absolute foundation
  • Deep theoretical and practical knowledge in statistics and data analysis
  • Experience in analyzing & reporting on raw data in databases
  • Experience in implementing a BI platform incl. ETL, data modeling, data analysis and presentation layer/dashboards
  • Solid data mining skills
  • Experience in analytics, reporting and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • An independent and structured way of working, as micro-management is not our style
  • Very good English skills to be able to communicate with your team and other colleagues
