In Mönchengladbach, CASER RESIDENCIAL is looking to fill a position as MAINTENANCE OFFICER at our center located in SANT CUGAT DEL VALLES, BARCELONA.
We offer a long-term temporary contract with full-time hours from 9am to 6pm.
Your mission will be to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all facilities in the center; schedule and carry out the necessary work directly or delegate it to technical assistants and helpers when necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing masonry, painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc. tasks necessary for the maintenance of facilities or the building.
- Monitoring and supervising all facilities in the center (high and low voltage, machinery, etc.).
- Keeping and guarding maintenance logs, instruction manuals, and visitor logs required by current legislation or future regulations. Recording operations carried out on facilities and reviewing those performed by personnel from external companies.
- Training in Legionella Prevention.
- Solid knowledge and experience in maintenance, electricity, and plumbing.
- Additional training in electricity, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, and/or carpentry is a plus.
