- Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Business-Continuity-Management-Systems für die Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe
- Du treibst die Konzeption und Umsetzung von BCM-Mindestanforderungen im Einklang mit regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen (NIS2, CER, KRITIS Dachgesetz usw.) voran
- Du verantwortest die Implementierung von BCM-Anforderungen und Standards (BIA, BCP usw.)
- Du wirkst bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von regelmäßigen BCM-Schulungen und Übungen mit
- Du übernimmst die Erarbeitung, Abstimmung, Erhebung und Prüfung von KPI und das regelmäßige Reporting des BCM-Reifegrads
- Du wirkst bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung eines BCM IT Systems mit
- Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Behörden, Verbänden, Forschung und Unternehmen zusammen, um ein fachspezifisches internes und externes BCM-Netzwerk aufzubauen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Du betreust im Zuge des Notfall-/Krisenmanagements den Krisenstab (Dokumentation, Prozesse, Einweisungen, Systeme) und unterstützt im Bedarfsfall bei der operativen Stabsarbeit
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. mit Schwerpunkt Sicherheitsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation (z.B. Berufsausbildung und relevante BCM-Weiterbildung/Zertifizierung)
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen mit, idealerweise im Bereich KRITIS
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine methodischen Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im BCM aus (u.a. BSI-Standard 200-4, ISO 22301)
- Du verfügst wünschenswerterweise über Kenntnisse in der Informationssicherheit bzw. im ITSCM
- Du zeigst eine hohe Leistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit komplexen Situationen
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften mit
