YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our team currently has an opening for a Director HR Operations EMEA.

This individual will oversee and continuously improve transactional HR Operations in region, drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in HR Operations processes.

Actively shape the business strategy and align the HR function.
Ensure organizational structure, bench strength and capacity are aligned with the current and future needs of the Operations.
Manage efficient, highquality delivery of HR Operations in regions.
Drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in HR Ops processes.
Manage interfaces with regional HR BP's and assist them in maintaining HR service level.
Implement efficiency measures and process updates in regional HR Operations teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree in Business, Human Resources or related.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transactional HR processes and specific regions.
Proven Experience in global (consulting) environment.
Experience in international and fast changing environments. Take Ownership & Results-Driven Mindset.
Experience in dealing with Senior Stakeholders.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
