Working Student or Intern Distribution Excellence

We are looking for an Intern or a Working Student to join our international Distribution Excellence Team at the European Distribution Centre (EDC) in Hamburg-Allermöhe.

You want to get to know how Distribution at a global Medical Healthcare Manufacturer works?

Then this position is for you:
Your Responsibilities

Support the implementation of Distribution process standards and process optimizations, in close cooperation with our Distribution Centres across the world
Taking on various tasks in program management and within global projects
Process documentation and standard creation
Support creation and updating of training documents
Support workshops and resulting documentation / follow-up

About You

SCM / Logistics background
IT affinity
Experience in process documentation
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner to take on project tasks (e.g. follow up on individual tasks and optimization topics)
Strong communication skills
Very good English skills

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Prozessstandards und Prozessoptimierungen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Distributionszentren in aller Welt
Übernahme verschiedener Aufgaben im Programmmanagement und in globalen Projekten
Prozessdokumentation und Erstellung von Standards
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsunterlagen
Unterstützung von Workshops und deren Dokumentation / Nachbereitung

Was wir erwarten

SCM/Logistik-Hintergrund
IT-Affinität
Erfahrung in der Prozessdokumentation
Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten zur Übernahme von Projektaufgaben (z.
B. Nachbearbeitung von Einzelaufgaben und Optimierungsthemen)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
