Your responsibilities:

Our BEX department navigates Bilstein into the future and continues to drive our strategy and organisation way ahead.

In this role you and your team will take on the following responsibilities:

Strategy development and strategic projects:
Development of the overall corporate strategy
Conception, management and implementation of strategic projects for the sustaining increase of competitiveness and efficiency involving globall departments and plants
Market intelligence:
Market, segment & competition analyses including competitor benchmarking
Strategic recommendations for corporate development e.g. for the development and expansion of new business areas and markets as well as with regard to the further development of the technology portfolio
Organizational development and Communication:
Management of projects to optimise the existing organisational and operational structure of Bilstein in order to increase efficiency
Drive the internal group communication and enhancing information cascades
Board support and reporting: preparation of reviews, reports and meetings

Your profile:

Several years of international management experience in an industrial environment or in the automotive industry
Professional experience and knowledge in the field of strategic management, corporate development, strategic project management and / or controlling
Strategic and entrepreneurial as well as conceptual thinking
Moderation skills to lead interdisciplinary workshops with management and division heads
You have distinctive analytical skills, strong powers of persuasion and assertiveness
Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
Your work is characterised by a sense of responsibility, exceptional flexibility, performance and commitment
