Zerto - Junior Account Executive for Central Europe

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_

Job Responsibilities:
_**- Responsible for identifying and closing Zerto revenue streams (Software & Professional Services) across Central Europe.

Identifies expansion opportunities within IB and drives strategic sales campaigns in line with Zerto ́s Land & Expand motion.
Runs effective and integrated demand generation campaigns to close a minimum of 2 new logos per quarter at a consistent level.
Conducts accurate forecasts of monthly and quarterly sales revenue
Coordinates the involvement of extended account team, including marketing, sales engineers, MSP account executives, PBMs and management resources as required to drive Zerto opportunities

_ Performance Measurements:
_

Achieves or exceeds assigned sales quota in designated territory
Creates and progresses a pipeline of 4x quota
Maintains high customer/partner satisfaction ratings per Zerto's company standards

_ Required Skills and Experience:
_

Bachelor degree
Fluent in English and German. Turkish, Polish, and/ or Hungarian are a strong plus.
All of the intangibles such as being selfmotivated, driven, high energy, competitive, attention to detail, coachable, and having a resilient character
Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and everchanging environment
First experience in SWsales/ valueselling desired
