Talent Acquisition Partner

Germany (hybrid working (3 days per week in the office), based in either Dusseldorf, Munich or Frankfurt)

As Ebury continues to grow, one of our biggest priorities is finding the right people to join our talented team.

The Job

Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
Diary management and interview bookings
Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system, Greenhouse.

About You

A proven track record as a recruiter or researcher/resourcer
Agency or inhouse experience
Experience of volume recruitment is beneficial
Experience of recruitment in Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Fluent German (both spoken and written)
Highly organised and autonomous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fastpaced culture
You will be happy to travel to visit our offices across the region and make occasional trips to UK/Spain for team meetings/training.
