- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unsere Online-Shops sowie der angrenzenden Systeme und stellst deren Verfügbarkeit sowie Performance sicher
- Du optimierst die Vermarktung unserer Produkte vom Traffic bis zum Bestellabschluss, indem du für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Benutzererfahrung auf unserer E-Commerce-Plattform sorgst und dadurch die Kundenzufriedenheit und Conversion-Raten steigerst
- Du verantwortest und koordinierst Projekte auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Du arbeitest hauptsächlich crossfunktional mit internen und externen Teams, sowie Agenturen und Lieferanten zusammen
- Du reportest deine Kennzahlen direkt an die Marketingleitung
- Du bezeichnest dich als "Digital Native" und bist am Puls der Zeit mit Gespür für aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen im E-Commerce
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder mindestens 5 Jahren relevante Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce sowie Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Webshop-Management
- Du denkst analytisch und besitzt die Fähigkeit Daten zu interpretieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative sowie Leidenschaft für unsere Mission
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und effektiv mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Sprachgefühl und hast ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du verfügst über einen umfangreichen Erfahrungskatalog zur Optimierung der Conversion Rate, Customer Journey und User Experience
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis über die Funktionsweisen und Zusammenhänge von E-Commerce Tools, wie z.B. ERP, PIM, Hosting, Middleware, Dynamic Pricing, BI, Tracking, Recommendation Engine, KI-Search, CRM, CMS usw.
- Du bist Google Analytics- und Excel-Profi
- Von Vorteil sind HTML-, CSS- und JS-Skills, sowie Erfahrung im Shopware(6)-Umfeld
