We are looking for a motivated
Founder Associate (M/F/d) to support an international team of serial founders at one of our portfolio companies.

In your day-to-day work, you will focus on supporting the founding team in operational and process-related matters while driving operational performance across the organization.

• Led and managed various growth initiatives and projects
• The design of strategies to improve important business processes
• Identify ways to automate workflows and implement them to facilitate the scaling process
• The strategic support of the different departments of the company through ad hoc projects
• Monitor departmentspecific KPIs and identify ways to optimize them
• Finding practical solutions to all challenges in process related issues

• Work experience in a business management position (highgrowth startup or consulting firm) desirable
• Excellent understanding of business processes
• Pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving and resilience in dealing with challenges
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative
• Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent written and spoken English (+German or Russian desirable)
• Successfully completed studies in a businessrelated field
