Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a


Working Student (d/f/m) for Information Management to Support Digital Contract & Sourcing Team:

Location:
Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen/Munich


Start:
as soon as possible

Duration: 12 months

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will support and learn all about the management of external suppliers for all IM-Services, from Infrastructure Management to Software Development:
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Supplier Performance Management Reporting
  • Operational Sourcing and Contract Management
  • Support in the definition & documentation of these processes.
  • Preparation, creation and update of the presentation material, the process descriptions, templates and check lists
  • Interaction in a fully international team
  • Support on Supplier-Assessments during a Call for Tender, setup contract management processes and Supplier-Performancemanagement Frameworks
Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Economics or Information Mgmt or any combination of both or similar field of study
  • Very good MS-Office/VBA and/or Google Workspace knowledge and practical experiences
  • Interested in process/methods/tools to manage a full digitalized Information Management lifecycle
  • English: business fluent/mother tongue
  • German and Spanish would be beneficial
