Job Description:

Purpose of the Role

  • Support Head of Digital Procurement to ensure development and delivery of the digital Procurement & Real Estate systems and processes landscape
  • Support Head of Digital Procurement to ensure development and delivery of the digital SSC E2E set up
  • Evaluate existing business processes and propose ways to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management, or make needed changes to other aspects of processes
Key Activities

Support Head of Digital Procurement to ensure development and delivery of the digital Procurement & Real Estate systems and processes landscape

  • Lead System Change Management and support Interface Optimization (i.e. Catalog Management) regarding SRM Optimization
  • Lead End user, VIP support and trainings and support User Rights Management regarding Key User Management
  • Support P2P Process Standardization, P2P Process Optimization and Compliance Gatekeeping regards to Process Optimization
  • Lead Change Management regarding Vendor Creation templates and further automation/ digitization of Vendor Creation process within Supplier Master Data Management
  • Lead Change Management and support Procurement teams in adoption of CLM and RFx tools in order to ensure systems are used in the correct manner.
  • Proactive big data analysis from various reporting sources, aimed at producing insights on system adoption, change management, user patterns, etc. and ultimately giving recommendations for systems improvements.
Support Head of Digital Procurement to ensure development and delivery of the digital SSC E2E set up

  • Support Efficiency Initiatives, migration of S2P activities and Process Standardization regarding Optimization and Enhancement of the SSC E2E setup
  • Provide system support for roll out to further countries
  • Act as SPOC for Operational Troubleshooting
Evaluate existing business processes and propose ways to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management, or make needed changes to other aspects of processes

  • Ensuring process continuous improvement like standardization, harmonization, and identification of optimization potential (S2C, eProcurement)
  • Support business improvement projects gathering and implementation feedback from Procurement commodities operational representatives, facilitating workshops
  • Checking and managing the impact of internal or external requirements applicable to the processes
  • Digitalization of processes
  • Provide geographical support for SSC rollout to further countries
  • Support or lead new initiatives across the endtoend Procurement process, e.g. Supplier Risk Management, Sustainable Procurement, Audit and Process and Policy Compliance, Sourcing/Tendering and Contracting

Technical Skills

  • Deep experience and understanding of procurement processes and procurement systems
  • Extensive experience in implementing new procurement systems and being responsible for change management and adoption
  • Strong IT user knowledge (e.g. SAP SRM, Ariba, CLM / RFx or other Source to Pay systems) and experience with managing development work either directly or via outsourced partners
  • High level skill in Process Management
  • Excellent Project management expertise
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
