In this role you will be working with both brands
CMG and
CCL in our Hamburg office, sharing your knowledge as our
Recruiter Marine Talent Attraction (f/m/d):
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment processes for all marine officers, ratings and cadets, monitor and administer applicants including assigning interviews
- Manage relationships of our global cadet programs and support them during their recruitment stages and academic periods. Make recommendation of promotions
- Provide guidance and support to agencies and global recruiting partners
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree, Associate Degree or similar, preferably with focus on HR
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the area of HR recruitment, preferably in the maritime sector
- Expertise in crewing, shipboard Nautical / Engineering background is highly desirable
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques and able to manage multiple tasks
- Business fluent in English (English is our company language)
