Join our fabulous inhouse Customer Support team and be at the forefront of the electric vehicle and charging infrastructure revolution in Europe At Fastned you can directly contribute to combating climate change by accelerating the transition to electric mobility. Together with 200+ colleagues with over 35 nationalities we have the ambition to build a European network of 1,000 beautiful fast charging stations in prime locations where electric drivers can charge their vehicles with energy from the sun and wind. Your role

German & English speaking Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction together with our dynamic team and helping us stand out from the competition.

Who we're looking for

You are fluent in both German & English;
1+ years of previous customer service experience (experience with Zendesk is a plus);
MBO / HBO / University level;
You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, both over the phone and in writing;
You follow processes and, at the same time, proactively share ideas on how to improve them;
You are resultsdriven and stress resistant;
You can easily spot gaps and create or improve on current processes;
Available to work 16+ hours per week;
You are highly motivated to combat climate change by contributing to speeding up the energy transition.
