YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Mission? Ensure 110% success on the patient side for Kranus Health from all perspectives: Medical outcome, patient satisfaction & commercial success by maximizing Sales and Patient Care

  • You are responsible for defining and executing the patient strategy EndtoEnd (including patient journey) on a global scale, including new as well as existing patients for all Kranus Health products in Andrology (Erectile Dysfunction), Urology (BPH and Incontinence) and Oncology (Prostate cancer).
  • You should focus on maximizing patient success in terms of CLTV driven by resubscriptions and crossselling.
  • Your role involves continuously refining the best in class org setup for Patient Success & Sales as Kranus keeps growing.
  • You will play a key role in continuously improving and defining Patient Sales / Health coaches operations and success measured by revenue (e.g. capacity planning, prioritization and scoring of leads, sales management and processes, patient value proposition).
  • Additionally, you will be tasked with refining Bonus Schemes for Sales.

YOUR TOOLKIT

A day in a life of:

  • You begin your day by checking your core PowerBI Dashboards while having your first coffee to review achieved revenue by new and existing therapies.
  • You have a checkin with your Teamlead(s) Patient Sales / Healthcoaches to understand the latest implemented measures from the quarterly action plan as well as current blockers for the sales reps.
  • You engage in problemsolving with your Customer Success manager to create a new optimized journey for higher existing patient retention rates, ultimately driving the CLTV up.
  • You schedule biweekly jour fixes with the Business line leads regarding the live products and the latest improvement initiatives, such as the rollout of our new Onco product.
  • You align with the country manager in France on the latest sales process improvements for Patient Sales / Health Coaches in France.
  • You take time to check core KPIs and analytics for the most important therapy product, including current CLTV and patient satisfaction.
  • You have a discussion with the B2B director about the latest cohort coming from HCP Sales and expected lead planning going forward.
