We are searching motivated personalities for the commercial customer service in the area of high end electronic devices.

About you (M/F/d)
- first experience or interest in commercial customer service
- very good knowledge of Swedish or Finnish

About the job
- receive and answer customer enquiries
- advise on technical details and support users in dealing with the device
- order management for additional devices and return management
- blocking and installing of services
