Your Tasks:


In the role of a Scientific Advisor you will be part of the Medical & Clinical Affairs team of the Head Office Health Care.

You ensure the medically and scientifically sound support, guidance and governance of medical devices of the Hansaplast / Elastoplast / Curitas brands worldwide in all phases of product development and lifecycle.


In detail:


  • Medical expert in crossfunctional project teams and working groups.
  • Compile and safeguard the clinical product documentation (Clinical Evaluation) in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines (European Medical Device Regulation, MEDDEV 2.7.1 Rev.4, MDCG Guidelines and/or regional).
  • Contribute to the development, review and approval of product texts, patient information and promotional and scientific communication material.
  • Answering medical and scientific inquiries (internal and external).
  • Contribute to trainings in the indication area, both internally as well as to consumers and the professional target groups such as PTAs and pharmacists.
  • Conception, supervision and steering of clinical investigations (medical devices) in cooperation with internal expert functions and external partners, presentation of results and scientific publications.

Your Profile:


  • University degree: pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences or comparable degree with a high level of medical and scientific competence.
  • Profound understanding of the European Medical Device Regulations (MDR)
  • Preferably, professional experience in Medical & Clinical Affairs and previous experience in indication area wound care
  • Have a highly international mindset and strong communication skills
  • Have excellent analytic capabilities and a focused, independent and systematic way of working
  • Be an openminded, teamoriented and network personality
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Safe handling of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
