As the PreDevelopment Department for the domain "Intelligent Cockpit & Body" we work on tomorrows functions and services which leverage our customers experiences with simple and empathic solutions.

We strive for inspiring, exciting and fascinating experiences, all that by learning and predicting the customer's needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead the innovation activities in the field of the digital assistant
Define the technology roadmap for the digital assistant
Close predevelopment of features in collaboration with UX design, AI and prototyping
Cooperate with Software Development departments within & outside of CARIAD
Create best practices for the efficient use of innovative incar technology by building up leading edge prototypes

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed your studies in a technical environment
Experienced Team Lead of a development team
System development expert in the automotive area
Experience in software

- and system development in a comparable functional area

Processknow how in agile development (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus
Strong communikation skills in complex technical concepts
No fear of facing complex challenges and a strong commitment to Intelligent Mobility for an environmentally conscious future
