Quantity Surveyor - Frankfurt

Our client is an Irish Contractor with multiple projects in Ireland and recently in Mainland Europe.
They are heavily involved in the construction of data centres which they build as a complete package from enabling/civil works through structural build, M&E installation and commissioning to final client handover.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to take responsibility for the civil/structural surveying duties on a new data centre construction in Amsterdam The Civil/build value of these project are in the region of million euro.
Requirements and Duties:
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor.
Strong commercial awareness.
To manage commercial aspects of the CSA elements of the project in accordance with company procedure.
Maximising commercial results for the project.
Procurement
Prepare the cost / value reconciliation reports
Prepare and agree interim valuations at the agreed dates to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.
Prepare, and in conjunction with senior management agree final account with client's representative.
Agree final accounts with subcontractors to maximise project margins.
You will receive an excellent remuneration package including return flights twice per month, all accommodation paid, a living allowance as well as an excellent salary in line with your experience.
