THE ROLE

As Head of Operations Strategy (M/F/x), you are an integral part of the Operations Department, and a key strategic partner to the Head of Operations.

You are responsible for defining the strategy for a fast-growing operations department and you'll be the go-to person when it comes to ensuring scalability by proactively identifying inefficiencies in operations, accelerating data-driven decision-making, and defining the future tool landscape.

YOUR MISSION

Leadership:Developing a high-performing team in the areas of Process Improvement, Data Analytics, Tools, and Strategy is your responsibility.

Project Management:To ensure the continuous growth of the operations department, you and your team drive independently projects and long-term initiatives.

Process Improvement:You actively drive process improvement and optimize inter
- and cross-departmental interfaces.

Tools:To ensure the scalability of Parkdepot's operations, you recommend, implement, and develop key tools such as Salesforce, Airtable and Notion.

Automation: Implement workflows and automations using MAKE (formerly Integromat) to reduce administrative tasks for Operations.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: By providing sophisticated analysis and visualizations, you promote data-driven decision-making across the entire Operations Team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Background:You have several years of professional experience in fast-paced environments like consulting, strategy
- or operations-related roles in fast-growing start-ups.

People Management:You have already gained experience in people management and would like to strengthen your leadership skills.

Smart & Analytical:You have strong analytical skills and love working with data.

Fast but Structured:Your way of working is characterized by a structured approach without losing speed.

Solution-oriented: You operate with a high level of ownership, and you are able to effectively break downs and solve complex problems.

Tools: You have a strong affinity for tools. Preferably you have experience with relevant tools (e.g. Salesforce, Airtable, MAKE etc).

Communication:You are a strong communicator and have excellent German and English skills.
