Duties:


  • Manage direction to high impact, long term, high visibility initiatives that have new and farreaching command implications.
  • Provide management oversight of contractor facilities, material, and financial resources.
  • Responsible for the continual evaluation of logístical actions required to support the G4 mission and objectives.

  • Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • In accordance with Change 3 to AR 60085, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
  • Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 5% or less of the time.
  • This is an Emergency Essential (EE) position that ensures the success of combat operations or support essential to combat systems after a mobilization, evacuation order, or other military crisis.

  • To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience equivalent to the GG/GS[13] that prepared you to do this job. Specialize experience is defined and experience which includes experience in logistics and facilities management concepts and techniques in support of intelligence systems. This definition of specialize experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the Federal service.

  • This is an Emergency Essential (EE) position that ensures the success of combat operations or support essential to combat systems after a mobilization, evacuation order, or other military crisis.
Incumbent may be required to deploy, on very short notice, to potentially high threat, hostile OCONUS environments and to undergo specific training and immunization requirements as appropriate for OCONUS deployments. Appropriate vaccination will be required. Incumbent may be required to perform duties under austere and potentially hazardous conditions during exercises and real-world crisis deployments.


Please Note- If an employee brings a child to an overseas location and that child is entitled to attend a DoD school on a space-required basis in accordance with DoDEA Regulation , the DoDEA and the Military Department responsible for providing related services will ensure that the child, if eligible for special education, receives a free appropriate public education, including related services pursuant to DoDI and DoDM

  • If an employee brings an infant or toddler (up to 3 years of age) to an overseas location, and that infant or toddler, but for the child's age, is entitled to attend the DoDEA on a spacerequired basis in accordance with DoDEA Regulation , then the Military Department responsible for Early Intervention Services (EIS) will provide the infant or toddler with the required EIS in accordance with the eligibility criteria consistent with DoDI and DoDM
  • Employees (and family members) who require medical or dental care in the overseas location will be responsible for obtaining and paying for such care. Access for civilian employees and their families to military medical and dental treatment facilities is on a spaceavailable and reimbursable basis only.
