Your Tasks:

Develop and execute the strategy for the COO area. Align with the overall organizational strategy.
Develop the budget for the COO area. Work with stakeholders to ensure the budget is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Develop operational plans for the achievement of COO area objectives and key results (OKRs).
Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure the COO area delivers results in a timely and efficient manner.
Serve as a strategic partner to the COO, providing insight and recommending how to improve operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
Develop and implement processes to ensure the COO area functions efficiently and effectively.
Provide regular reporting and updates on the progress of the COO area. This includes key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Represent the COO area at Clevel meetings and other executive forums. Present key findings and recommendations.
Build and lead a highperforming team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

We Appreciate:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. Master's degree desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of Operations Management experience focused on strategy and budgeting.
Ability to think strategically and analytically with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with Clevel executives and other stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.
High level of initiative and selfmotivation, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of best practices and methodologies used to manage Operations.
Creative solution approach and ability to adapt quickly to new situations
