The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen (close to Stuttgart area) is part of the Driving & Comfort Assistance Systems (CDA) Business Group.

This entity is focused on the user experience and is developing a portfolio of unique solutions to make driving more intuitive, essential for the increasingly automated and connected car of tomorrow.

Our Management Controlling department is looking for a VIE Reporting/R&D Controller to be part of the product line Interior Smart Devices team (6 persons) for 24 months.

As VIE Reporting/R&D Controller, you support the two Product Line Management Controllers (production & R&D) in their daily tasks with the nine entities of the product line in six different countries.

Your challenges ?

Reporting:

• You coordinate and animate the reporting within the product line: Planning and followup of closing, forecast, budget and midterm planning process.
• You participate in the closing Preparation: Update, checking and standardization of reporting files
• You consolidate Interior Smart Devices Product Line financial results via Group's reporting tool and Excelconsolidation of specific required analysis
• You analyze and check the consistency of the financial result
• You insure an intime reporting process (collecting and sending of data)
• You prepare the monthly financial result presentation and result book
• You report contact for the Product Group located in Creteil (France)

R&D:

• You control

R&D:
in charge of the R&D costs capitalization process in SAP

• You coordinate the R&D resources planning within product line (closing, Forecast, budget and midterm planning process)
• You analyze R&D resources utilization (by project and per site)
• You followup project R&D costs
• You analyze Adhoc and support the product line controlling team

Let's talk about you...

• You graduated from a university or business school (Master degree) with a Finance and Controlling background
• You have a first experience in a controlling department (internship, workstudy)
• You have an excellent level in English
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• You are openminded, curious and have ability to manage high workload and short deadlines
• You have some intercultural skills (you will work in an international context)
• You have never worked or maximum 6 months in Germany (Business France criteria)

In addition...

• You have good knowledge in SAP
• You have some knowledge in German and/or French? It's a plus
• You have an initial experience in the industry / R&D controlling
