Your contribution will be

  • Being the contact person for managers and employees
  • Supervising the employee lifecycle from onboarding and offboarding
  • Administrating relevant HR documents including employment contracts
  • Maintaining the FOUR PAWS staff database
  • Preparing the payroll accounting with our external partner
  • Being the contact person for external stakeholders in the area of HR
  • Supporting the personnel planning and analysis of personnel requirements

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of relevant experience in HR in similar roles
  • Completed Business Studies, ideally in Human Resources Management or any HR related training (e

g Kaufmänische Ausbildung:
Schwerpunkt Personalwirtschaft)

  • German and English are required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 and affinity for IT
  • Profound knowledge of Germany's labour, tax and social insurance law
  • Solid administrative and organisational skills and high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Passion for people and diversity, which results in an extraordinary customer approach
  • High service and quality orientation
  • Thinking outside the box and having a solutionoriented mindset
