YOUR ROLE:

Collaborate in an international expert team and intercultural, diverse environment
Prepare and control real estate business case evaluations (DCF) for strategic decision making
Contribute to continuous improvement in global real estate planning, controlling, reporting, financial analysis and project management relevant concepts, processes and tools
Control real estate office projects investment and ensure project governance
Contribute with information / reports / analysis to the decision support of internal stakeholders and committees
Prepare & steer the real estate investment planning process
Support internal partners with real estate finance expertise

YOUR SKILLS:

Master's degree in Business Administration/Economics, Finance or professional experience in Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Asset Management or other relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of work experience in real estate environment
Excellent knowledge level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Affinity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
Analytical, target oriented individual with structured and diligent work approach
Stress resistant, agile, selforganized team player with passion for outstanding results
Strong communication skills in English
