Your career at Deutsche Börse Group:


Your area of work:


The Deutsche Börse CTO area develops and runs the groupwide Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, develops and operates innovative IT products and offers services to the rest of the Group upon which they can build.

The CTO area plays a significant role in achieving the Group's strategic goals by leading transformation and supporting a stable operating environment.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assists with team administrative tasks.
  • Prepares and distributes reports.
  • Tracks recording of working time, followsup on time reporting issues.
  • Supports consultancy contracting within the CTO area and ensures contracting is appropriately managed according to prevailing processes throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Manages SAP minimaster data for external service providers.
  • Contributes to management reporting on the topic of external consultancy usage.
  • Collects and collates service delivery information from other units and support reporting on same.
  • Actively participates in organising team meetings.

Your profile:


  • Show a high degree of initiative and assumption of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently.
  • Persuasive communicator both in written and oral communication
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • A relevant degree, or equivalent, in business, business administration, finance, accounting, communications or IT.
