Local Unit & Position Description:
We are looking for a Business Support Assistant for the Service Line CMC/ VMC in Area Germany. The position will report to the Team Leader Business Support Product Certification.

Main tasks wil include:

Support on Service line CMC/VMC activities
Support designated customers for all types for CMC/VMC services
Order handling within production systems NCert, workbench and renewal plan
Contract handling & customer care in salesforce
Pro active and self responsible support for internal and external customers

Position Qualifications:

Professional degree and technical understanding
Proven knowledge of the Maritime sector
Experience in business support tasks
Fluent English and German language skills
