Technical Assistant in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (m-f-d):
(Full-time, 38,5 hours/week, unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

Maintenance of the laboratory infrastructure for teaching and research, especially care and maintenance of scientific instruments and ordering
Provide technical support as well as supervision for students, researchers, and external users of the facility
Cosupervision of lab sessions and assistance in experimental lectures
Assemble, install, and maintain electronic devices and measurement facilities in close collaboration with the responsible faculty
Documentation work and knowledge transfer to new employees
Support in the implementation and monitoring of safety measures. Supervision of compliance with safety measures

Your qualifications:

- "Staatlich geprüfter Techniker" or B.Sc. degree in the field of Electrical Engineering

Very good familiarity with electrical and electronic measurement instruments
Confident handling of MS Office, Matlab (or Python), PSpice and PCB layout software, as well as MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience or strong interest in supporting teaching activities, in particular practical lab courses and technical trainings
Openminded, independent, structured, and serviceoriented way of working in an international environment.
Familiarity with microcontrollers/microprocessors is a plus
Professional fluency in English, the language of instruction and communication on campus
