Are you passionate about harnessing data to drive strategic decision-making? Are you eager to kickstart your career in Business Intelligence (BI) and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative company? AVNET is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Trainee.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the field of BI while working closely with experienced professionals.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases is a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ETL processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  • Previous internship or work experience in Business Intelligence or a related field.
