Position Overview & Purpose:

Fresenius Medical Care is the world's leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure. Around 3.4 million patients worldwide with this disease regularly undergo dialysis treatment. Dialysis is a life-saving blood cleansing procedure that substitutes the function of the kidney in case of kidney failure.

We operate in 42 production sites and in more than 50+ countries, to provide dialysis products such as dialysis machines, dialyzers and related disposables.

In this position you will be part of the Global Corporate TA team.

You will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition duties leading to attracting and hiring best-in-class talents for a variety of Corporate positions with a high focus on positions in Germany and EMEA.

Additionally, the Sr.

TA Partner will be responsible for the preparation of documents and related administrative duties as required by our Works Council's Collective Bargaining Agreement, these duties will include responsibility for both their own requisitions as well as assisting teammates residing outside of Germany.


Key Tasks & Duties:


  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBP's to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by phone screening and interviewing applicants and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring groups.
  • Gather interview feedback.
  • Working crossfunctionally with International talent acquisition colleagues.
  • Build a strong cooperation with local and regional HR leaders.
  • Act as internal TA consultant for all FMC countries in the EMEA region.
  • Partnering with the business, anticipating the needs and understanding the market is key to success.
  • You will manage end to end talent acquisition and be instrumental in executing the Global talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives tailored to regional requirements.
  • Ensure that TA policies and services of the function are compliant with local labour and social security law regulations as well as with internal guidelines and policies.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:


  • Proven track record successfully filling Corporate/Professional positions in multiple European countries.
  • Experience navigating Offer/Contract nuances for multiple European countries.
  • Well versed in partnering with both HR Business Partners and Clients residing in multiple European countries.
  • Prior experiece working for a German company with a Works Council highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience operating Workday and Excel is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in both English and German is required.
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Onsite presence required in our Bad Homburg office for max 2 days in a week.
